You can use this as a meal replacement,add a scoop of protein, either anywhey or chocolate , 3/4 cup of water. 3/4 cup of ice 2 ounces of fat free cream and its a mind blower . Defiantly worth it as a coffee substitute has a nice mocha flavor and is rich and filling this way.
