- 400 IU Vitamin D
- 1.5 mg Thiamin
- 400 mcg Folic Acid
- 18 mg Iron

Chewable Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D - 1500 gr per day
- Calcium citrate is the most absorbable form of calcium after surgery. Vitamin D aids in absorption of the calcium

- Take separately from your multivitamin (allow at least 2 hours if your vitamin contains iron).

- 500 mcg per day. Vitamin B12 is absorbed in the stomach and the first part of your intestine which is bypassed therefore it is important that it is sublingual. Put Sublingual B12 under your tongue where it will be absorbed into the blood stream.

- If your lab results show low levels of iron you may need to take an additional iron supplement daily. Check with your physician first.
